La Loba Candles started as a hobby that incorporated family, creativity and fun. It was a way to gather, talk, laugh and show creativity. Now that creativity has evolved into an actual store. La Loba Candles, hopes that our scented products help evoke pleasant smells and joyful memories for you.
ORDER PROCESSING:
La Loba Candles, LLC is a small team working diligently and efficiently to fulfill orders received. Orders may need 3-10 business days to process and ship, especially around holidays.
Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office or delivery carrier, La Loba Candles LLC has no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
DAMAGES, EXCHANGES, RETURNS
Please contact us if you have issues with your item no later than 3 business days of receiving your order if there is an issue. Please get in touch with Lalobacandles@hotmail.com and let us know about your situation and the reason for your refund request. We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your situation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 1-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

* We do not accept all returns. There are some exceptions.
The reason behind not accepting all returns is due to the nature of our handmade items. The product you purchased may be seasonal or in limited stock (Sale/Clearance) and there may not be an exact replacement for that item. If that is the case, you will be offered a refund if all other exceptions to the refund have been approved.
DAMAGES
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be in the original packaging and include receipt or proof of purchase.
If item is damaged due to delivery carrier, you will need to contact delivery carrier to file a claim.
· Candles, wax melts, and other related products may soften or melt in transit during warmer seasons.
· Candles and Wax related packages that are delivered and/or left outside during hot temperatures could potentially melt and we cannot be held liable for such damage.
Do not send any item/package back without first confirming with La Loba Candles, llc. that we have accepted your return under an exception. We do not guarantee a return, refund, or exchange for any packages that are mailed to us without consent.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for covering all costs of returning any items to La Loba Candles.
** NOTE: It is strongly recommended that you return any items via a registered trackable service, along with obtaining and retaining proof of posting. *We do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us.
